Maritime receiving and dispatching of goods
  • vessels with a maximum dead-weight up to 30,000 t and maximum draught of 14 m
  • flexible connecting pipes Ø 150 with ANSI 150 LB flanges
  • transport pipeline system Ø 150/200/250 (unheated, uninsulated iron) connecting the terminal pier with the terminal tanks
  • compressed air or nitrogen pipeline cleaning with polyurethane cushions (pigging)

  RECEIVING CAPACITY BY VESSEL:

  • centrifugal vessel pump: 220 m³/h – 400 m³/h
  • piston vessel pump: 120 m³/h – 200 m³/h

  DISPATCH CAPACITY BY VESSEL: 70 m³/h– 200 m³/h

Receiving and dispatching of goods by railway
  • four- and two-axle tank cars with side or top loading/unloading
  • four reloading stations with separated pipelines on two proper industrial railway gauges
  • pipeline cleaning with water and ecological detergent and compressed air or nitrogen pipeline cleaning (pigging)

   RECEIVING/DISPATCH CAPACITY BY RAILWAY: 70 m³/h – 200 m³/h

Receiving and dispatching of goods by tank truck
  • side and top loading/unloading
  • four reloading stations with separated pipelines
  • pipeline cleaning with water and ecological detergent and compressed air or nitrogen pipeline cleaning (pigging)

  RECEIVING CAPACITY BY TANK TRUCK: 15 m³/h

  DISPATCH CAPACITY BY TANK TRUCK: 30 m³/h

THE RELOADING CAPACITIES

The reloading capacities are based on:

  • viscosity of goods
  • nominal connection openings:
    • vessel: NO 150, NO 200
    • railway: NO 100
    • tank truck: NO 80

Increase of storage capacity

The new terminal shall increase its storage capacity and improve the technical characteristics of reloading goods. The unloading capacity from a vessel shall be 1,350 m³/h and 1,000 m³/h for loading a vessel. The reloading capacity for railway tank cars shall be 500 m³/h.

   DISPATCHING GOODS:

  • BY VESSEL: 24 hours a day including Sundays and holidays
  • BY RAILWAY: 7 AM – 10 PM every working day
  • BY TANK TRUCK: 7 AM – 10 PM every working day
